Choose either the cold reunion or warm-light ending and either portrait or landscape format. Follow the order in My films and download the finished MP4 within seven days. Stripe shows the checkout total before you submit payment.
Try a preview before paying
Selecting portraits gives you a private photo layout in your browser. When available, a signed-in customer may request one free low-resolution AI story image, subject to daily limits. This is a still image, not a video. The public samples are studio demonstrations. Voice acting, captions, manual revisions and unlimited regeneration are not included in the stated price.
Technical failures and creative differences
A technical generation failure or a job unable to finish within 45 minutes triggers a refund of that video to the original payment method: $5.99 for one video, or the allocated share of the pack price. Pack refunds are $5.00, $5.00 and $4.99 for three videos, or $4.00, $4.00, $4.00, $4.00 and $3.99 for five. That video is used; the unused videos remain available. A refund can take additional time to appear at your bank. A different expression, imperfect likeness or an unexpected creative detail does not automatically count as a technical failure.
Read the terms before ordering and choose portraits carefully. If you need an exact reproduction of the sample, do not assume a retry or manual remake is bundled with the purchase.
