Where is my zombie video, and when can I download it?
Open My films in the browser you used to order, or sign in to see linked orders across devices. The studio shows the estimated generation time and current stage. When your film is ready, download the MP4 within 7 days. You can also sign in from the original browser to link a guest order.

Checkout was cancelled or did not open
Returning from a cancelled checkout is not proof of payment. If checkout cannot open, keep the page and selected photos available and retry after the reported issue is resolved. Do not create repeated orders to check whether a card charge succeeded; first inspect My films and your payment confirmation.
Payment received, film still processing
Generation has an image stage followed by a video stage, then preparation of the download. Time depends on the provider queue. The page updates the order list while it remains open. Payment confirmation and generation completion are different events, so a successful checkout does not mean the file is already ready.
The order is missing
First check that you signed in to the account used for the order. For guest orders, return to the original browser, device and browsing profile. Private browsing sessions and cleared cookies can lose access to guest orders. If it still cannot be found, contact [email protected] with the order reference and payment receipt information. Never send full card details.
Download or refund
When My films says the video is ready, save the MP4 within seven days. New downloads include our original instrumental score. Check that your player is not muted. A technical failure or 45-minute timeout triggers a refund request. A pending refund is not the same as funds already appearing on your statement.
The service does not provide permanent video hosting. Keep a local backup of a successful download. See the privacy policy for media retention and the terms for the refund policy.
